Our four-color 2-station press is a production powerhouse! The same high quality construction seen in our largest press is also applied to our four color press. All teeshirtprinters.com presses are constructed of heavy gauge welded steel tubing and feature non-marring screen clamps. All feature large 15 X 18 shirt pallets and adjustable off-contact.

The four color four station presses also feature dual pairs (4) industry-standard, replaceable nylon bolts in the index locks, and the pivots use high quality bearings for a long service life.

Either press, coupled with an adequate conveyor curing dryer and four press operators, is capable of producing up to 1000 four-color shirts per work day.

Why Four Stations?

Four stations means you can have four shirts in process at the same time. If you have three other operators, you can produce orders in 1/4 the time! You can also produce single color designs four at a time, four different designs at once, etc., so multiple stations is a huge benefit to productivity and flexibility.
