Our six-color four-station press is the largest press we make. With the ability to print 160 or more shirts per hour, printed in six colors, this textile screen press can literally produce thousands of dollars of profit every day.

The six color four station presses also feature dual pairs (4) industry-standard, replaceable nylon bolts in the index locks, and the pivots use high quality bearings for a long service life.

The Micro Register press offers the ultimate in setup speed and ease. With it, printing process colors on dark shirts is within your reach.

Either press, coupled with an adequate conveyor curing dryer and four press operators, is capable of producing up to 1000 six-color shirts per work day.

Why Six Colors?

Six color printing is required for the maximum flexibility. With six colors, you can print process color on light OR dark shirts. Six colors allow for a white underbase, then the four process colors, and the sixth color can be a highlight white or a bump plate - a spot color that looks better than its process color representation. You can also print simulated process, which uses six or more colors. Of course, printing line art in up to six colors is a benefit, too!

Why Four Stations?

Four stations means you can have four shirts in process at the same time. If you have three other operators, you can produce orders in 1/4 the time! You can also produce single color designs four at a time, etc. so multiple stations is a huge benefit to productivity and flexibility.
